How it Works...

You first set the Quarter Ending date and then select your QuickBooks company file.  Your QuickBooks payroll data is safely read into the SUI Reporter.  (The SUI Reporter will never write to the QuickBooks file).  You then verify that information such as the Company's name, address and Report information is correct.  You add or lookup any missing Employee Occupational Codes (employee codes are saved in the database so you only need to do it once) and produce the Quarterly Report, ready to mail.

Upon completion, the SUI Reporter will notify you of any problems or discrepancies that it has detected and advise you on any action you need to take within QuickBooks.

The Alaska Quarterly SUI Reporter also contains other related Reports such as the Optional Form for Bi-Weekly Payroll Employers, and the Change Notification Worksheet.  It also contains the complete listings of Alaska Area Codes and Employee Occupational Codes, with full descriptions and easily searchable.  And it is now capable of creating Export files suitable for uploading to the State's On-line site.
