Version 2005 of the SUI Reporter...
The latest version of the Alaska Quarterly SUI Reporter is v2005
Rev 2005.04.25. It contains
all of the updates and feature improvements of the prior versions and corrects
the problem where the modified 'Alaska Quarterly Contribution Report' for
2004 , which dropped the 'Prior Balance' box on the report, was
mistakenly showing the 'Prior Balance' box when processing forms for 2005.

The latest reversion of the v2004
Alaska Quarterly SUI Reporter is Rev 2004.16.25.
It contains all of the updates and feature improvements of the prior versions
and corrects the problem where the modified 'Alaska Quarterly Contribution
Report' for 2004 , which dropped the 'Prior Balance' box on the
report, was mistakenly showing the 'Prior Balance' box when processing forms
for 2005.
Rev 2004.12.10 modified 'Alaska
Quarterly Contribution Report' which dropped the 'Prior Balance' box on
the report in 2004 and a slightly revised 'Change Notification Sheet'.
Version 2004 of the Alaska
Quarterly SUI Reporter will not import QuickBooks v2005 company files.
An upgrade to Version 2005 (which does), can be purchased from the download
area or by calling (907) 457-1100.
Rev 2004.01.25, distributed on
CD, added the new ability to create Export files, suitable for uploading to
the State.
The latest SUI Data Importer for v2004, "qbofcp.dll" is v13.1.0.0.
If you have trouble Importing data from a QuickBooks Company file, this update
may solve the problem. The current version of the SUI Data Importer that
you are using is displayed at the bottom of the "Data Import"
screen.
Update for v2003 users of the SUI Reporter...
The latest reversion of the v2003
Alaska Quarterly SUI Reporter is Rev 2003.28.25.
It contains all of the updates and feature improvements of the prior versions
and corrects the problem where the modified 'Alaska Quarterly Contribution
Report' for 2004 , which dropped the 'Prior Balance' box on the
report, was mistakenly showing the 'Prior Balance' box when processing forms
for 2005.
Rev 2003.24.10 modified 'Alaska
Quarterly Contribution Report' which dropped the 'Prior Balance' box on
the report in 2004 and a slightly revised 'Change Notification Sheet'.
Version 2003 of the Alaska
Quarterly SUI Reporter will not import QuickBooks v2004 or v2005 company
files. An upgrade to Version 2005 (which does), can be purchased from
the download area or by calling (907) 457-1100.
Rev 2003.09.20 update reduced
the length of the report for businesses that have more than 22 employees to be
reported on, by dropping most of the header information on the 2nd and
subsequent pages, allowing for more employees to be listed per page.
The program, also, now looks for and identifies any Payroll Items that have
been marked as "Inactive" within QuickBooks but have been used at
some point during the year; and allows you to mark them as "Active"
within the SUI program without having to return to QuickBooks to make the
change.
Rev 2003.07.25 — This update
(hopefully) solves the problem that some users of Windows 98 systems have
experienced when inputting the quarter ending date at the opening of the
program. Also, the SUI Reportable Payroll Types screen has been
re-worked to make it easier to determine how the Payroll Items should be
marked.
The latest SUI Data Importer for v2003, "qbofcp.dll" is v12.4.0.0.
If you have trouble Importing data from a QuickBooks 2003 Company file, this
update may solve the problem. The current version of the SUI Data
Importer that you are using is displayed at the bottom of the "Data
Import" screen.
Note: Some individuals using Windows 98 have experienced problems
importing data after applying this update, so only do the update if you are
having problems with v12.0.0.0.

The Employee Occupational Codes as
derived from the New Occupational Coding Manual for 2003.
Although, the program will
automatically update codes that have changed from an old number to a new, it
is recommended that you carefully review the Employee Codes to insure its
accuracy. It is up to the discretion of the individual user to determine in
any of the codes labeled as "New" are more appropriate for existing
employees.
