Do I have to have Microsoft Access® in order to use the program and if so, what version -

You do not have to have Access in order to use the Administration Program.  It was written using the Developers Edition of Microsoft Access® 2000.  If the end user does not have Access 2000 on their computer, an installation routine will automatically detect this and install what is called Access 2000® Runtime.  If the user does have Access 2000 installed, the runtime will not be installed.  Installation of the database files is still required however. How many copies of the program do I need to purchase for my Company -

You only need one copy of the Administration program per Company/Unit.  You may use the Software on all single computers, terminals or workstations of a multi-user computer or local area network that are the sole property of ONE COMPANY/UNIT.  You are entitled to one working copy of the CoData.mdb backend (no restrictions on backups) and you can install the Frontend Modules on as many computers within the Company/Unit as necessary.  Top

Can I make copies of the program to take with me when I transfer -

No.  The program is Copyrighted and does not allow distribution outside of the Company or Unit that purchased it.  However, once you reach your new location you may request an evaluation copy that can be used for 30 days.  Please contact SupportEnhancedBS.com for more information regarding this arrangement.  Top

How do I get help with a particular task or form that I am using -

Pressing the <F1> key on your keyboard will bring up help on the particular form that you are currently in.  From there you can also navigate the entire help system that is built into the program.  Top

I recently changed computers and copied the database files to the new computer.  Why won't it work -

Even if you have Access 2000 installed on a new computer, you must still use the installation disks to install the Administration Program because other ActiveX Controls get installed as well.  These other files make certain features of the program work.  The only file you must retain from the old computer is the CoData.mdb file.  After you have done the installation, replace the CoData.mdb file with the one you have been using.  Top
