Each industry and/or business has its own special needs in order to fully capitalize on the power of the computer.  We develop solutions for your businesses needs, whether it be from a simple Excel spreadsheet all the way to Stand-Alone Applications.  We specialize in Microsoft Access® database programming and we use Microsoft Visual Basic® for the really tough jobs.

Programs and applications have been developed for clients ranging from the individual user up to the Department of Defense - U.S. Army.

Alaska Quarterly SUI Reporter - A stand alone database program designed using Microsoft Access® that solves the biggest oversight within the Payroll features contained in QuickBooks.  It imports data directly from the QuickBooks Company file and produces the "Alaska Quarterly Contribution Report" for Alaska Unemployment Insurance.  More Info...

Alaska New Hire Reporter - An add-on feature to the Alaska Quarterly SUI Reporter program also designed using Microsoft Access®.  State Law in Alaska requires that each Employer report all new hires and individuals re-hired within 20 days to the Child Support Enforcement Division.  This program imports data directly from the QuickBooks Company file and produces the "Alaska New Hire Reporting Form" for the CSED.  More Info...

Administration Program - A stand alone program designed for the U.S. Army using Microsoft Access® that consists of four modules: Administration; Training; NBC Room; and Arms Room databases.  Each is linked so common data such as Personnel can be shared among the different offices within the Company.  The program tracks Personnel records, Positions, Dependents, Absentees, Awards, Deployments, Exercises, Schools, APFT, Weapon Qualification, Weapon and Mask inventories, and much much more.  In addition to over a hundred different reports that can be produced at the Company level, there is also a Battalion level database that gathers information from the various Company level database to produce additional reports.   More Info...

Inventory Control - An Access database program designed for the Metal Fabrication and Manufacturing Industry.  A complete inventory tracking system that could be used in a cooperative effort among the individuals within a company to track Orders, Receipts, Manufactured and Sold merchandise of various types.  It is unique in that it can handle multiple costing methods that are user defined.  I.e. - Each, Cost/CWt, Cost/CFt, Cost/SqFt, etc.  More Info...

Business Management System - A stand alone program designed in Visual Basic for Managers of small Retail Businesses to balance Daily Sales, track Sales History, determine Cost of Goods Sold, handle Layaways and/or Accounts Receivable.  More Info...
(Although this program has been in use since 1995, it continues to be a work in progress.  Future plans are to add the ability to Place and Track Purchase Orders and handle Employee Scheduling.)

Alaskan Overtime Calculator - A simple Excel spreadsheet that correctly computes the Overtime hours to pay according to Alaska's State Law for either Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly or the special 4-10's method.
(Alaska State Law requires that overtime be paid by taking the greater of time worked over 40 hours in a week or over 8 hours in a day).
