The Alaska
New Hire Reporter is an add-on feature of the Alaska Quarter SUI
Reporter and works much the same way.
It imports data
directly from your QuickBooks® company file and produces the
CSED “Alaska New Hire Reporting Form”, which is required by State Law.
Since the
program keeps track of who has been reported, you can have your New Hire
Report printed and ready to fax in just a couple of minutes…

How it Works...
You first set the Report date and then select your QuickBooks company
file. Your QuickBooks data is safely read into the New Hire
Reporter. (The New Hire Reporter will never write to the
QuickBooks file). You then verify that information such as the
Company's name, address and Report information is correct. You
verify, (edit if necessary), and select the Employees to be
reported and produce the New Hire Report, ready to fax.
The New Hire Reporter keeps
track of who has been reported so you are only presented with new
employees each time. Also, since most of the information is
imported from QuickBooks, there is nearly no data entry necessary.
